The organizers are the town of Novigrad, the Novigrad Football Club, in cooperation with Laguna Novigrad. The co-organizers are the town of Umag, Istraturist Umag, as well as the Tourist Boards of Umag, Novigrad, Buje and Brtonigla. The Istria Winter Cup also has the support of the County Tourist Board. There is every indication that Novigrad and Umag will once again prove to be the perfect spots for top-quality winter football preparations.
