For the fourth consecutive year the Tourist Boards of Umag, Novigrad, Savudrija and Buje are organizing the "Days of the Sole fish." The event will take place in the northwest Istria.
The purpose of this event is to promote the wealth of local food traditions through the valorization of the sole fish- the high quality white meat fish, typical of the north-west Istria.
All participating restaurants will offer a special menu with at least four sole fish dishes, that will be matched with the best wines and olive oils of the north-west.
