Villa Maria is situated in an attractive part of the city in the vicinity of the center of the town. The rich vegetation and lush greenery provide a special atmosphere and keep guests away from noise and everyday life. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate it is possible to enjoy a perfect holiday and have pleasure all year round. The luxurious furnished apartments meet the needs of every visitor. The state-of-the-art apartments are provided with balcony, air conditioner, SAT, phone, ISDN on demand, safety vault, hair dryer, and view at the sea. 12 top apartments are available.Villa Marija has a fenced parking lot with automatic gate and each apartment is provided with one parking place. For parties and sharing pleasant moments together there are 2 outdoor tarraces available with barbecue.
Villa doesnt offer breakfast or other meals.

The apartment price includes: use of the outdoor pool, barbecue terrace, one marked parking space, satellite TV, air conditioning / heating, hairdryer, radio / alarm clock, safe, fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator, toaster, water cooker, microwave ), linen (changed every week), towels (changed every 3 days).
The prices does not include: Tax, insurance and security deposit.

In case you need to cancel your reservation please do so according to the cancellation policy.
