9th Polenta Festival

Sunday, 21.11.2010.Freedom Sq., Poreč

9th Polenta FestivalPolenta has been a staple food of many generations. In harsh circumstances of life, it was prepared daily, particularly because of its low price and rich taste. Considering the fact that the festival is the result of this economical tradition, polenta dishes will be sold at the popular prices. Polenta can be frequently found on today's menus, now as a specialty along with other traditional dishes of the Istrian area. Attractive preparation and serving polenta are only parts of this all-day event on the main square Trg Slobode in Poreč accompanied by entertainment and good music.
