Lela Kaplowitz is a singer, songwriter. From jazz, blues, funk to soul. During the last five years of her life in the Big Apple, Daniella was heard and seen at the most prominent places of the American musical history. She has performed at the Madison Square Garden, Blue Note, Birdland, Detour, Arlene's Grocery, Carnegie Club, Pyramid Club, C-Note, Triad, Showman's, Don't tell Mama, Supper Club, Kavehaz, Alphabet Lounge, St Nick's Pub, Lenox Lounge and Lenox Room, just to mention a few...She sang with the great Chico O'Farrill Afro Cuban Jazz Orchestra, performed at the Savannah Music Festival in Georgia, sang at Southern Baptist Churches and Peace Vigils in Central Park... It is time now for Daniella to say goodbye to the city that never sleeps, and move with her family to a more peaceful coastal part of Europe where she will continue to create and share her talents.
