Organic agriculture workshops @ FURULI, Istria

Serial of workshops starts in June in Furuli in Istria. The first theme is biodynamic agriculture, a method of organic agriculture based on the phylosophy of dr. Rudolf Steiner. The second one is a practical workshop on building a clay bread and pizza oven. The biodynamic workshop is led by Bernarda Orehovec, a long-term experienced agriculture lady who cares the prestige certificate "Demeter". The clayoven workshop is led by Erwin Zachl from Austria, which has a permaculture diploma and is an experienced builder with organic materials.
